Disclaimer

Please read this before relying on anything on this website.

This website is published by Gomez Lawyers Pty Ltd. It applies to every page of the site, including the property, wills and estates, immigration and private client pages.

Protect yourself from scamsCriminals sometimes pretend to be law firms. To stay safe:
  • We do not cold-call or send unsolicited emails offering legal services.
  • We confirm our engagement and fees in writing at the start of every matter, usually with our first written advice.
  • Our bank details appear only on our engagement letter and invoices, and never change by email. Always call us on +61 7 3488 0989 to confirm before sending money.
  • Our emails only come from @gomezlaw.com.au. If something looks wrong, call the number on this website — not one in the email.
  • If you think you have been targeted, call us and your bank immediately, and report it to Scamwatch or ReportCyber.
