The Visa with the highest processing priority, largest occupation list and flexible skills, English, and age threshold.

WITH A JOB OFFER IN REGIONAL AUSTRALIA, you have a good chance of getting this visa provided you can deal with the rigorous and complicated process. On the face it, this PR visa is the easiest for many people to get. But surviving the 3-stage testing rigour of the application is the key. Firstly, certification is required by the Regional Certifying body that the position is genuine. Secondly, nomination by an approved regional employer within 6 months before you apply, is needed. Thirdly, a visa application in one of the 3 pathways must be lodged: sc457 transition; direct entry or labour agreement. All occupations found in skill levels 1-3 in the Australian and New Zealand Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) may be nominated for this visa. Family members can be included. This visa has the highest processing priority of between 3 and 6 months – more or less, depending on the quality of the application and the issues involved.
